Radical Admin Collective is a collaboration between Lucy Heard and Beccy Golding.
Our Story
Radical Admin Collective began in 2019, as a response to our experiences as arts administrators. We wanted recognition for the vital role this work plays in the creative industries, to elevate its status, and to highlight the creativity, skills and experience it demands.
From this, we built a powerful alliance of peer support: consolidating ideas, expanding our networks and creative practices, performing together, and running pilot workshops for creatives and freelancers navigating precarious employment.
Through this collaboration, we have grown into our own artistic power, stepping confidently into our identities as artists.
Creative Support
We offer one-off and ongoing support to artists and creatives.
We work in a playful, inspiring, and empowering way, building creativity, confidence and community. Our approach blends reflection, experimentation, and collaboration to nurture creativity, wellbeing and artistic growth.
Drawing on extensive experience in administration, production, publishing, performance, activism, community and outdoor arts, we bring a broad and versatile skillset to our work.
Our creative practices include poetry & spoken word, improvised performance (fooling), nature connection, walking and forest therapy, collective play and community gathering though inspiring field trips, creative retreats and workshops.
